First Class Pass Refund Policy

At First Class Pass, we are committed to providing the best possible learning experience. We recognise that plans may change, so we’ve created a clear and fair refund policy to guide cancellations and rescheduling.

1. Deposit Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total course fee is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the course. The remaining balance is due on the day of your first lesson.

 2. Cancellation by the Student
If you wish to cancel your course, the following conditions apply:
– Up to 14 Days Before the Course Start Date: You are entitled to a refund of any payments made above the 50% deposit.
– Between 7-14 Days Before the Course Start Date: You are entitled to a refund of 25% of the total course fee (which equates to half of your deposit being forfeited).
– Less than 7 Days Before the Course Start Date: No refund will be provided, as it is unlikely we will be able to fill your slot.

 3. Rescheduling Your Course
– **Up to 7 Days Before the Course Start Date: You may reschedule your course to a later date at no additional cost, subject to availability.
– **Less than 7 Days Before the Course Start Date: Rescheduling will incur a £100 administrative fee. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new dates but cannot guarantee availability.

 4. Cancellation by First Class Pass
In the event that First Class Pass needs to cancel your course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor availability, extreme weather), you will have the option to:
– Reschedule your course at no additional cost.
– Receive a full refund, including your deposit, if rescheduling is not suitable for you.

#5. Instructor Unavailability or Delays
If your assigned instructor becomes unavailable or there are delays during your course, First Class Pass will offer to:
– Reassign another instructor as soon as possible.
– Reschedule any affected lessons or provide a proportional refund for any missed instruction hours.

 6. Refunds for Partially Completed Courses
Once your course has commenced, no refunds will be provided for any unused lessons or course hours if you decide not to continue for any reason.

7. Payment Terms
– Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
– Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of your first lesson. Failure to pay the balance at the start of the first lesson will result in the course being suspended until payment is made.

8. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Please note that transaction fees may be deducted by your payment provider.
